I Hired Nabiel with a 4 days notice of a DVRO case out of the superior court of San Francisco. I had to surrender my firearms, almost lost my job, etc Nabiel was very thoughtful listened, and asked a lot of questions to get the full scope of my case. He was very upfront and truthful about the outcomes of the case.Initial Court Date: Nabiel was on time and punctual. Nabiel was very well spoken. Due to lack of notice, during court Nabiel asked the courts for a long cause hearing (I knew nothing about). It was granted and the hearing was set approximately 3 to 4 weeks out.Over the course of the next few weeks. Nabiel would do thorough investigations, including coming to my home and meeting with family, discussing the issues with my neighbors etc.Final Hearing: Nabiel beat the cases TDVRO was lifted and I got my life back.Mr. Ahmed is without a doubt a life savor, and I seriously recommend him. Be honest and open about what you’re going through, and i truly believe he will be able to help you to the best of his abilities

I was worried I was going to prison for sure when I found out I had a dui with great bodily injury warrant for my arrest. I decided to go with mr.ahmed and was not disappointed. He is quick to respond and answer any questions I have to his full ability. He ended up getting the violent felony enhancement dismissed as a part of my plea deal and I ended up only serving a short jail term with some probation instead of the initial minimum sentence of 16 months in prison. Guy knows his stuff. God bless.

This was my second time hiring Mr. Ahmed, he was able to get my case dismissed the first time I hired him, and in this latest incident he explained to me step by step what was going to happen through every proceeding, the clarity he provided let me know what to expect next. The expertise he has let me know I was in good hands and I made a great choice in obtaining his services. I received a better than expected outcome, and am grateful to Mr. Ahmed for all the work he put in to allow me to remain out of custody and not spend one day in jail!

When looking for a criminal lawyer it can be hard because you don't know who or how to trust one. But from personal experiences with Mr. Nabiel have been nothing but a blessing. He really sits with you and goes over your case to see what the best outcome you can get. My blood brother was a 1 strike candidate for his actions he committed. At bail set for $190,000 on my brothers case he was able to to reduce his bail significantly and get him out within 2 months. As the result for his gun case he end up doing 2 months and 2 year probation. So yea this man knows his law. I would highly recommend especially if your an immigrant he knows how to help you so I doesn't effect you credibility for citizenship. Thank you, you're the man.

Nabiel drove all the way to Santa Cruz, Ca to handle my case. Even with a bias judge who had a chip on his shoulder Nabiel’s performance was intuitive, professional and outstanding. You need an attorney with a backbone who knows law, Nabiel is your go to for Restraining Orders. He had my neighbors falsified claims for restraining order denied and dissolved.
